Terms of use

The deal is short: you log your days, the app counts them and gives them back to you. What you write is yours and you can take it or delete it whenever you like.
What Vualash is
An iPhone app that logs habits and consistency. It counts what you tick and shows it back: a weekly score, a streak, a calendar and a text that sums up your week from your own notes.
What Vualash is not
It is not a medical or health app. It doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent anything, and it doesn't replace a professional. If you have a physical or mental health concern, talk to someone who knows.
The numbers it shows are arithmetic on what you logged: they are not a measure of your worth, your health or your performance. The weekly review text is written by a language model from your notes and it can get things wrong: read it for what it is, a reading, not a verdict.
Your account
- The app is for ages 9 and up. Below 14, a parent or guardian creates the account and gives consent — the privacy policy explains it.
- A real email address, because that's how you get back in if you lose your password.
- The account is yours and it's personal: look after your password, because whoever has it gets into your notes.
What you write is yours
Your notes, your audio and your photos remain yours. They aren't published, aren't shared with anyone and aren't used to train any model. The permission you give us is the minimum for the app to work: to store them, show them to you and — for notes and audio — transcribe and summarise them for you. The privacy policy covers it in full.
What you can't do
- Upload illegal content, or someone else's content without permission.
- Try to get into another person's account, or push the service to extract data that isn't yours.
- Resell the service or pass it off as your own.
Price
Today the app is free and has no in-app purchases. If that ever changes, you'll be told first, and you'll never be charged for what you already logged.
Availability
Vualash is offered “as is”. Care is taken that it works and that nothing you log is lost, but uninterrupted availability can't be guaranteed and neither can the absence of bugs. If something breaks, write in and it gets fixed.
Closing your account
You can delete it from inside the app whenever you want, and everything goes. On our side, an account would only be closed for doing one of the things under “what you can't do”, and with notice unless it's serious.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you keep the rights given to you by the law of your country of residence.
